The circa 1900 E. Howard timepiece, originally installed the wooden tower (torn down in the 1950’s) on top of the old fire station and jail. A new City Hall and Emergency Services complex is presently under construction and when completed, the restored E. Howard timepiece will be on public display on the main floor and mechanically operating the four 4’ dials and tolling the bell in the tower.
