| The building is presently in the process of extensive renovation and when completed at the end of this year, this timepiece will be installed and permanently on display in the grand entrance foyer. The vertical shaft will extend from the timepiece up through each of the floors to the bevel geared differential, located in the tower, driving the motion work for each of four 7' cast iron and glass dials. This timepiece will serve not only as a functional work of art, but also a teaching tool for the students. | |
